The Full Planning Process
We will start the planning process with a consultation phone or zoom call. We will get to know you and your fiancé more in depth, along with your wedding vision, and then we will start the quoting process of sending you locations and resorts that perfectly match your vision. Once you and your fiancé decide on the perfect destination & resort, we will reserve a block of rooms at discounted prices for only your destination wedding guests to book into. This includes locked in discounted prices for your travel dates and extra perks for you! Perks include comp'd rooms, wedding credits, upgrades, and more.
We make the booking process seamless for your guests and create a personalized wedding website that they can access to book their accommodations, learn all about your wedding events, view resort photos & facts, see available rooms and prices, and more.
Guests can make payments towards their reservation online any time they would like. Payment plans are also available for all guests.
We are here to guide your guests through the booking process and the traveling process - including keeping guests up to date on Covid-19 protocols, travel tips, airport guidance, and much more.

During our call we will go over your personal wedding vision, budget, wants, and needs, and explain in-depth what planning a destination wedding will entail.
